The Tomb of Zhou Yide lies east of Weizhuang Village, three li southeast of the county seat.
Zhou Yide (1676–1757), courtesy name Kexie and art name Danfu, was a native of North Pass of Jinxiang County.
He rendered outstanding and enduring meritorious service to the cause of national reunification of the Chinese nation. He authored a military treatise titled
On the Fire Dragon Battle Formation.
Having served in the army for more than forty years, he fought numerous campaigns across the country amid a busy military career. As an official, he remained upright and incorruptible without owning any farmland. He lived a simple and impoverished life in his hometown in his old age.
