Public Bus: Take Bus No. 18 from Zaozhuang for a direct ride to the temple.

Only ruins remained of the temple in modern times. It was reconstructed in 1992 and officially named Ganquan Temple, deriving its current name from the sweet spring (Ganquan) on the premises. The temple covers an area of 10.7 mu.

Inside the compound stand the Mahavira Hall, Heavenly King Hall, Buddhist Scripture Repository, Kiln God Hall, and the eastern and western side halls. Connected covered corridors run along both sides. The courtyard features a life-release pond, the sweet spring, a thousand-year-old ginkgo tree and various ancient trees. Stone steles recording temple renovations from successive dynasties are also preserved here.

Three golden Buddha statues are enshrined in the Mahavira Hall, accompanied by eighteen arhats with distinct, vivid facial expressions. A statue of Guanyin riding a dragon is placed in the life-release pond, into which water from the sweet spring continuously flows.
