The Dajin Victory Pavilion covers a land area of 144 square metres and a construction area of 331 square metres. Built with reinforced concrete, it is an octagonal three-storey structure. Its foundation is a white marble Sumeru base carved with lotus petals, 12 metres in diameter, symbolizing the 120-year reign of the Jin Dynasty. The nine flights of steps stand for the nine emperors of the Jin Dynasty. The pavilion rises to a height of 25.92 metres and is topped with a brass spire. Visitors may enter from the ground floor and climb all the way to the top to enjoy a panoramic view of the nature reserve.

The Liao-Jin History Exhibition Hall stands right next to the Dajin Victory Pavilion. With an I-shaped floor plan and frame structure, this imitative ancient building features a gabled hip roof.

The exhibition is divided into three sections. The first section recounts how Wanyan Aguda rallied his troops and rose up against the Liao Dynasty. It displays production tools, daily necessities and military artefacts from the Liao and Jin periods, including iron ploughshares, iron ploughs, six-ear iron cauldrons, pottery kettles, clay jars, sabres and suits of armour. A sand table reconstructs the scene where Wanyan Aguda, riding a white horse, declared to his soldiers: "If we accomplish our great cause, we shall gather here again and toast this place with wine to name it."

The second section focuses on wetland ecology. Relying on the reserve’s unique water resources and grassland landscape, modern audio, light and electronic technologies are applied to exhibit specimens of fish, birds and wild animals. The vivid displays immerse visitors in the beauty and harmony of nature.

The third section showcases the folk customs and traditional culture of Fuyu past and present. Old farming tools such as ploughs, ethnic costumes and other collected relics are displayed together with pictures and written captions, telling visitors touching stories of this land of Fuyu.
