The ancient tomb of Karamdar Baik is situated on the west side of the junction of the Bachu-Tumushuk Highway, 40 kilometres away from the county seat.

This tomb is the final resting place of Karamdar Baik, a renowned historian, linguist and poet who lived between the 14th and 15th centuries. He travelled to Pakistan, India and other regions to pursue his studies. After returning home, he conducted extensive research and documented the 1,500-year tribal history of the Dolan people.

A man of great erudition, he mastered Chinese, Pakistani, Kazakh, Arabic and other languages. His works were translated into Mongolian and Chinese. In his later years, he journeyed to Beijing to have an audience with the reigning emperor. Surviving writings include Love Story and Madam Swallow.

The scenic spot enjoys convenient transportation. It takes only 30 minutes by car from Bachu County.

Every year during the Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha festivals, worshippers pour in. In addition to believers from all townships within the county, more than ten thousand pilgrims from neighbouring counties would gather for congregational prayers at peak times. Each autumn, an endless stream of pilgrims arrives by car, tractor, donkey cart and on foot.
