In Jingyuan Garden, there is a post and panel structure eclecticism building. It combines the Spanish style and Japanese Style, with lush plants; it has a very silent and comfortable environment. It is a representative sample of the individual garden residence of the concession period in Tianjin. Jingyuan Garden covers an area of 3016 square meters; it records the memory of hundred years of prosperity and humiliation, the main architecture preserved a lot of precious historical record. The internal layout of the main building reproduces scenes of daily life of Puyi in 1920s and some scenes of the historical events. In the garden, you will have a feeling of cosmic synchronization; the noise of the urban city is stopped by the high wall, only the birds singing inside. A house recorded its some owners’ daily details, including the senior officer of Beiyang Government, the queen of late Qing Dynasty, the commander-in-chief of garrison in Tinjin of KMT, the modern famous litterateur and artist, even some normal people. Now, these peoples of different period and different cultural background were recorded by one building, and it tells these memories and stories in history to us.
