The garden lies 7 kilometres east of Fangzheng Town, covering a land area of 30,000 square metres with a construction area of 800 square metres.
In the northern section stand the Memorial Exhibition Hall and the Cemetery of Chinese Adoptive Parents.
Built in traditional Japanese architectural style, the exhibition hall was funded by the Sino-Japanese Friendship Association of Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It displays firearms and shrapnel from the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, as well as precious photos recording people-to-people exchanges between the two countries in recent years.
