Duling Peak is located in Maozhuang Village, Wantan Town. Standing at an altitude of 2,252 metres, it is the highest mountain in Wufeng. It consists of four major ridges — Duling, Houziling, Huangling and Motianling — plus countless branch ridges.

It is a little-known earthly paradise with naturally sculpted landscapes, pristine wilderness and vast forests. On clear early mornings, when you climb to the summit, layers of peaks emerge amid mist amid brilliant radiance, rivalling the sunrise view on Mount Tai.

At sunset, the setting sun slants across the sea of clouds over Duling. A colourful halo appears: crimson on the outer rim, purple toward the centre, with a bright glass-like core. Your shadow falls right inside the halo, shaped like a golden Buddha statue. The silhouette moves as you move. This spectacular phenomenon is known as the "Buddha Light of Duling", creating an ethereal, mysterious and majestic beauty.
