A sacred religious site in Qianxi County, Jingzhong Mountain stands 610 meters above sea level. The Kangxi Emperor of the Qing Dynasty inscribed the calligraphy "Famous Mountain Under Heaven" in its honor.
Spanning 15 square kilometers, the scenic area contains over 30 attractions large and small, including Four Generals Hall, Three Tea Pavilions, Temple of the Goddess of Blue Dawn, and East Buddha Pavilion. It integrates Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism on one mountain, boasting profound time-honored Buddhist and Taoist culture. The mountain has long been a popular pilgrimage destination. Grand traditional temple fairs are held annually on the 18th day of the 4th lunar month and the 15th day of the 10th lunar month, drawing crowds of pilgrims with lively folk performances and diverse cultural events.

Self-Driving: Exit the Beijing-Shenyang Expressway at Fengrun, drive north through Fengrun County along the Fengdong Highway to Qianxi County Town, then head west along the Bangkuan Road to reach Jingzhong Mountain in Santunying Town.
Intercity Bus: Take a long-distance bus from Tangshan Coach Station bound for Santunying, Qianxi, which travels directly to the scenic spot.
Luanzhou Ancient City
Formerly named Luanzhou, Luanzhou Ancient City sits in Luanzhou Town, Luan County. Located near the capital hinterland alongside the Luan River, it is a vital transportation gateway to the three northeastern provinces. This time-honored ancient city nurtured by a thousand years of culture was once a settlement for multiple ethnic groups including the Khitan, Xianbei, Jurchen, Mongolian, Manchu and Han peoples.
The ancient city’s architecture adopts the architectural style of the prosperous late Qing Dynasty as the main tone, showcasing regional characteristics of northern ancient towns. In terms of decorations and landscape nodes, different zones adopt distinct cultural elements and architectural styles corresponding to different historical periods and ethnic features to display unique ethnic traits.
The ancient city hosts abundant scenic spots: Ming and Qing classical building complexes including the Welcome Square at the East City Gate, Guan Yu Temple, Confucian Temple, Luanzhou Yamen and Official Reception Pavilion; water landscapes such as Qinglong River and Kowloon Stream; northern-style waterside ancient streets; as well as Food Street, Antique Street and Courtyard Inn Street.
