9. Beihe Park (Luannan County)
Located at the core of the Beihe Water Town Cultural Tourism Industrial Belt, Beihe Park covers 1,324 mu including a 690-mu water area, with a total investment of 150 million RMB. Its layout follows the framework of "One Island, Two Gardens, Three Centers, Three Wharves and Six Squares".
Comprehensive greening and beautification projects have been carried out along both river banks, dotted with pavilions such as Appreciation Pavilion, Delight Pavilion and Pleasant Pavilion. Large sculptures including Mermaid, Blue Dream and Three Blossoms, musical fountains and totem pillars are elaborately arranged throughout the park. All scenic spots are connected by pedestrian walkways and waterfront corridors, fully embodying the urban charm of "blue water winding around green trees, graceful paths harmonizing people, blending ancient charm with modern vitality". It has become a genuine central ecological waterside garden of the city.
10. Li Dazhao Memorial Hall (Leting County)
Completed on August 16, 1997, Li Dazhao Memorial Hall stands on Dazhao Road in the new urban district of Leting County. It covers a land area of 100 mu with a construction area of 4,680 square meters. Serving as an exhibition center for Comrade Li Dazhao’s life and achievements, a specialized Li Dazhao research institute, a patriotism education base and a popular tourist destination, it has been designated one of the country’s top one hundred patriotism education bases by the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.
11. Boat of Hope Bridge (Caofeidian District)
Officially named Caofeidian Industrial Zone No.1 Bridge or Nanchao River Cross-Bridge, the Boat of Hope Bridge opened to traffic in June 2010. With a total investment of 590 million RMB, the entire project stretches 2.35 kilometers.
It is the first large cable-stayed bridge in Hebei Province and a vital infrastructure passage crossing the Nanchao River in the industrial zone. The bridge adopts sailing boats as its core design element: horizontal stabilizer bars are added to the main tower columns, forming the silhouette of a small ark sailing across the Bohai Sea.
12. Canal Tangren Street (Fengnan District)
Lying south of Huifeng Lake and along both banks of the Tangjin Canal in Fengnan District, Canal Tangren Street stretches nearly 1,000 meters long. It is a National AAAA-level scenic spot, the core highlight of the 25-kilometer Tangjin Canal eco-tourism resort built by Fengnan District government.
A cultural tourism commercial street integrating brand catering, shopping & leisure, antique & calligraphy painting markets and sightseeing, it shines like a bright pearl embedded in the scenic belt, presenting the magnificent scenery known as "Qinhuai River of the North".
13. Tangshan Financial Center (Lubei District)
The Tangshan Financial Center project is bounded by Dali Road to the east, Xueyuan Road to the west, Changhong Avenue to the south and Xiangyun Avenue to the north, covering a total land area of 400 mu. Its core zone occupies 100 mu with a planned construction area of 400,000 square meters and a total planned investment of 3.4 billion RMB.
The complex will feature a landmark financial mansion, high-end business hotels, Grade-A 5A office towers and an outdoor financial sports park as supporting facilities. It will introduce financial institutions including banks, insurance companies, securities firms, futures dealers and financial derivatives operators, as well as industries such as trust, pawnbroking, accounting and auditing.
14. Xinhua Trade Shopping Center (Lunan District)
Xinhua Trade Shopping Center sits in the prime core area of Lunan District, Tangshan, at the intersection of Xinhua Avenue and Huayan Road. Enclosed by Xinhua Avenue to the north, Lingyuan Road to the west and Huayan Road to the east, the rectangular plot extends east-west along Xinhua Avenue.

The project covers a total land area of 8,883 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square meters, composed of a 5-story annex, a 19-story office tower and a 24-story office tower, reaching a total height of 118 meters.
16. Seaport Cultural Center (Seaport Economic Development Zone)
After over 20 years of development and construction, the Seaport Economic Development Zone boasts increasingly complete infrastructure, growing economic strength and robust development momentum, emerging as a key support point for Hebei Province’s strategy of prioritizing coastal development.
The district invested 300 million RMB to build the city’s first-class Seaport Cultural Center and Haiyun Square.
