Located in Huanghuatang Town, Xuyi County, 35 kilometers from the county seat, it is a National AAAA-Level Tourist Attraction. From January 1943 to February 1945, during the critical shift from stalemate to counteroffensive in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the New Fourth Army headquarters moved here. Revolutionaries including Liu Shaoqi, Chen Yi, Zhang Yunyi, and Luo Binghui planned and commanded the Central China resistance until victory. The memorial complex includes the former headquarters, residences, exhibition halls, and gardens. Exhibits feature historical photos and artifacts, vividly depicting the heroic years of the Central China resistance and the revolutionary spirit of the predecessors.
