6 kilometers from the county seat, between mountains 1–4 and Sage Mountain, it stands out along the Huaihe River, famous for its sweet spring. The 40,000 m² site features orchards, water on three sides, and a Buddhist temple—a sacred site for pilgrims. The Bawang City Ruins (Xiang Yu’s garrison and ancient Xuyi seat) lie at the foot. Duliang Temple atop the mountain (named for local Duliang herbs) has a never-drying well. The annual April 8 temple fair draws crowds.
