Xilaishun Restaurant, a China Time-honored Brand, was founded in 1930, the nineteenth year of the Republic of China, and specializes in halal stir-fried dishes. Beijing's halal cuisine is divided into the East and West schools. The East school is represented by Donglaishun and Youyishun whose features are roasting and boiling, while the West school is represented by Xilaishun's cuisine which is exquisite stir-fried dishes. Xilaishun’s cuisine is integrated with Western cuisine, and rich in variety, forming its own style.
