Youyishun Restaurant is a famous halal restaurant in Beijing. It was founded on August 8th, 1948. Before the establishment of Youyishun, among the halal restaurants in Beijing, Donglaishun and Xilaishun each have their own characteristics. Donglaishun was called East School which was famous for boiling thin slices of meat, while Xilaishun was called West School which was famous for its stir-fried dishes. Youyishun Restaurant integrates the East School's roasted and boiled dishes with the West School's exquisite and delicious stir-fried dishes, making it a unique halal cuisine in Beijing.
