Special Local Products of Sanqing Mountain

Sanqing Mountain Camellia Oil

Sanqing Mountain camellia oil is made from high-quality wild camellia seeds harvested in mountain areas around Sanqing Mountain. The seeds absorb dewdrops all year round and gather the essence of the sun and moon. Refined through traditional craftsmanship combined with modern technology, it is a pure natural woody edible vegetable oil with superior quality and rich nutrition.
The oil is clear and transparent, with a pure delicate fragrance and excellent taste and nutritional value. It is rich in oleic acid, linoleic acid, vitamin E, camellia saponins and other healthy active ingredients. It has the highest oleic acid content among all natural plant oils. Known as the "King of Oils", "Magical Eastern Olive Oil" and "Longevity Oil", it has long been regarded as a precious mountain tribute by residents in southern China.

Sanqing Mountain Golden Tea

Golden Tea, also known as fragrant tea, botanically named Chimonanthus nitens, is a purely wild functional tea variety. The tender tea leaves are green with slender strips, delivering a mellow taste, rich aroma and unique flavour with remarkable health benefits.
Golden Tea is packed with volatile oil, quercetin, flavonoids, alkaloids and other active substances, including 12 trace elements, 18 amino acids and 7 vitamins, especially high levels of vitamin C, iron and selenium. It helps clear internal heat and toxins, relieve colds, beat summer heat, promote digestion, stop diarrhoea, reduce fat and blood pressure, and prevent cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Sifangjian Organic Tea

Sifangjian Tea grows on Sifangjian Peak of the Huaiyu Mountains, over 1,500 metres above sea level. The land is fertile with abundant rainfall. The high altitude keeps temperatures low, and persistent mist creates ideal growing conditions for high-mountain organic tea.
Exquisitely processed, this tea enjoys outstanding quality. It features tender leaves, tight slender strips, strong fragrance, rich flavour and bright green tea liquor, and can withstand repeated brewing. It is a famous high-mountain tea with a long-standing reputation in northeastern Jiangxi Province.

Sanqing Cloud and Mist Tea

Zihu and Sanqing Townships on the eastern foot of Sanqing Mountain boast ten thousand mu of tea plantations, hailed as the hometown of Sanqing Cloud and Mist Tea, with a dedicated tea refining factory.
Carefully cultivated and elaborately processed nowadays, Sanqing Cloud and Mist Tea is famous for its green colour, rich aroma, mellow taste and beautiful shape. It carries a natural floral fragrance that surpasses ordinary blossoms. When tasting the tea, you first inhale the aroma before sipping slowly, leaving lingering sweetness and salivation in the mouth.

Sanqing Mountain Kudzu Powder

This kudzu powder is made from years-old wild kudzu roots growing in the high mountain forests of Sanqing Mountain, processed strictly in line with organic food standards.
According to authoritative classics such as Compendium of Materia Medica and Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine, kudzu root and its products effectively clear heat and toxins, lower blood lipids, blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, prevent senile dementia, arteriosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis and other cardiovascular illnesses.
Kudzu root is extremely valuable medicinally, known as the "Ginseng south of the Yangtze River" and internationally praised as "Asian Ginseng". Its powder is called "Longevity Powder" and was regarded as exclusive food for the royal family in Japan.

Sanqing Mountain Native Honey

Native honey is brewed by wild bees collecting nectar from hundreds of flowers, the essence of nature. Honey is harvested only once or twice a year. The long brewing period results in thick, pure honey with rich fragrance, natural sweetness and comprehensive nutrition and excellent health care effects.
It protects the liver, fights cancer, prolongs life, and effectively delays ageing, fades pigmentation, nourishes the skin and reduces wrinkles.

Sanqing Mountain Bee Pollen

Sanqing Mountain bee pollen is made from high-quality camellia pollen collected in mountain areas of northeastern Jiangxi. It adopts cutting-edge instantaneous low-temperature (-40℃) aerodynamic physical technology to break pollen cell walls into ultra-fine powder (particle size less than 5 microns), with a wall-breaking rate above 99%, greatly improving human absorption.
Bee pollen contains 96 nutritional elements, including 22 amino acids, 14 vitamins, more than 30 trace elements, plus abundant protein, nucleic acid, enzymes, flavonoids and other active nutrients.

Sanqing Mountain Organic Dried Bamboo Shoots

Organic dried bamboo shoots are made from fresh wild moso bamboo shoots newly sprouted in bamboo forests on Sanqing Mountain. The raw shoots are cleaned, sliced, boiled and sun-dried.
The finished product has tender crisp flesh, pure natural flavour and rich nutrition. It has earned the reputation of "jade wrapped in golden skin, a top delicacy" and "Queen of Bamboo Shoots".
Tests show winter bamboo shoots contain protein, amino acids, vitamins and trace elements, especially abundant plant fibre that stimulates intestinal peristalsis, aids digestion, and prevents constipation and colon cancer.

Sanqing Mountain Rice Cakes

Sanqing Mountain rice cakes are made from single-crop glutinous rice grown in the Zihu mountain area at the foot of Sanqing Mountain. The rice is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
Produced with the unique craft of "three steamings and two hundred hammerings", the rice cakes are white as jade, soft, fine, chewy and smooth. They do not turn mushy after long cooking, and deliver rich nutrition and delicious taste. They are premium traditional rice cakes (New Year cakes) south of the Yangtze River and a time-honoured local delicacy around Sanqing Mountain.
Cooking methods: pan-fry, stir-fry, steam or boil.
