Wuyuan cuisine carries on the traditions of Huizhou dishes, featuring steamed dishes with rice flour, plain steamed food and thick stews.
Signature dishes include pork steamed with rice flour, thick seasoned tofu, steamed Heyuan red carp, and sweet-and-sour goose necks.
