Mohe sits at the northern foot of the Greater Khingan Range in Heilongjiang Province, accessible by plane, train, long-distance bus and other transport options. It is home to Mohe Gulian Airport, China’s northernmost civil airport. Travellers from Beijing, Harbin, Heihe, Jiagedaqi and other cities can fly here. Trains also run to Mohe for visitors departing from Harbin, Jiagedaqi and Dalian. Those taking short trips may opt for long-distance coaches. Within Mohe, local public buses serve residents, and private chartered cars are available to travel to all scenic spots.

Mohe houses China’s northernmost airport — Mohe Gulian Airport.

Located in the southwest of Mohe County, it operates flights connecting Harbin, Heihe, Jiagedaqi and Beijing. Note that the airport is small with limited daily flights, so air passengers are advised to check flight schedules well in advance. The airport is a short distance from the county seat. Shuttle buses run between the airport and downtown for 10 RMB per person, while a taxi ride costs roughly 20 RMB.

Mohe County has a railway station, with train services available for travellers setting off from Harbin, Jiagedaqi and Dalian.

Mohe operates a passenger transport station for short-distance travellers.

The station is situated in Block 38 below Xishan Steps, within walking distance from all parts of downtown. Only two bus routes operate within Mohe County, primarily for local residents.
