Erlang Mountain
Located 1 kilometer west of Shenmu County seat in Yulin, Shaanxi, Erlang Mountain features winding, rugged and precipitous terrain. The Kuye and Tuwei rivers converge in front of the mountain, while the magnificent Great Wall runs behind it. To the west, sand and stone intermingle with fruit orchards; to the east, steep cliffs stand with pine and cypress trees.
Along the ridge, stretching over 1 kilometer from north to south, more than 100 halls, temples, pavilions and towers are scattered harmoniously according to the terrain. These ancient buildings vary in form, are reasonably laid out, and appear firm despite the steep location.

Transportation
Take a coach to Shenmu County and alight at the county seat. Erlang Mountain stands across the river from downtown Shenmu, within walking distance.
