Benxi Tongquan Hot Spring Resort is a large outdoor ski resort featuring alpine skiing. The highest point of the ski runs stands at an altitude of 136 metres with an average gradient of 32 degrees. It has a 300-metre beginner run for children, a 500-metre intermediate run for general visitors, and a 1,080-metre advanced race run, the longest of its kind in Liaoning Province.

The resort offers a wide variety of snow activities including magic carpet lifts, aerial cableways, snowmobiles, snow tubing, snow go-karts, horse-drawn sleds, sheep-drawn sleds and dog sleds. It can hold more than 5,000 guests enjoying winter sports at the same time.
