Dengxin Cake (Lamp Wick Cake)
Description
Made from premium glutinous rice flour, white sugar, lard, cinnamon and red shredded peel. It is not only white, smooth, sweet and spicy, cool and fragrant, but also flammable and luminous when lit.

Shaoshan Famous Liquors
Description
Blessed with pure mountains, clear waters and fertile land, Shaoshan has long been abundant in fine liquors and rice wines. On the eve of the 100th anniversary of Chairman Mao’s birth, two new famous liquors were developed: Dripping Cave Liquor and Mao Gong Liquor.
Dripping Cave Liquor: Brewed by Changde Brewing Industry Group in Hunan. It is colorless, clear and transparent, richly aromatic, mellow in taste and with a long aftertaste.
Mao Gong Liquor: Produced by Shaoshan Distillery from high-quality sorghum, wheat and barley. Using high-temperature Daqu as saccharification starter, it adopts traditional mixed-steaming technology, old cellar fermentation, fractional distillation and careful blending. It has a strong cellar aroma and pure taste.
