Chicken-Claw Coptis
Also known as weilian or yalian, this herb gets its name from its shape resembling chicken claws. Enshi City is one of China’s major coptis producing areas, earning it the reputation as the Hometown of Coptis.

Yihong Black Tea
Also called Yihong Congou Tea. As early as the Ming Dynasty, it was famed as the "Queen’s Tea" in Britain. In the 17th century, it was exported to Russia, Britain and other countries. The tea has tight, slender leaves with a glossy dark brown color, a pure and lasting aroma, and a mellow, full-bodied taste. It is a premium variety of black tea.
Nostoc Sphaeroides
Produced in Hefeng County, it is also named pearl herb with both edible and medicinal values. It appears as tiny dark green granules, rich in protein, algal starch and seven essential amino acids for the human body.
