Shennong Stream
A national AAAA-level scenic spot situated along the Yangtze River, between Xiling Gorge and Wu Gorge. It flows into the Yangtze River at Xirangkou of Badong County, 2.5 kilometers away from the entrance of Wu Gorge. As an ecological scenic area dominated by waterscapes, it presents breathtaking views where mountains, waters and blue sky blend as one. Visitors can also hear the powerful and resonant boat trackers' work songs along the way.
Tenglong Cave
Integrating mountains, waters, caves and forests, Tenglong Cave Scenic Area is famous nationwide and overseas for its grandeur, precipices, peculiar rock formations, serene atmosphere and exquisite scenery. It ranks among China’s largest caves and world-class giant caverns.
Suobuya Stone Forest
A national AAA-level scenic area with an average altitude of over 900 meters. It is the most outstanding crown-shaped stone forest formed from Ordovician limestone in China. The whole stone forest is shaped like a huge gourd, surrounded by green hills and competing peaks. The oddly shaped rocks come in countless forms, leaving visitors marveling at nature’s craftsmanship.
Dragon Scale Palace
A national AAA-level tourist attraction and national water conservancy scenic area, commonly known as the Water Outlet Cave. The well-preserved stalactites feature fantastic shapes: giant stone pillars reaching the sky, long stone dragons lying across the ground, eagles perching high and curtain-like rock formations hanging down. Other highlights include the Hundred-step Heavenly Stairway and the Fairyland of Water Mirrors, forming a picturesque view beyond description.

Yumu Village
An ancient Tujia village surrounded by sheer cliffs, covering an area of 6 square kilometers. Large Water Yard Ancient Building Complex
First built in the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, it is the largest, well-preserved ancient architectural complex with high artistic value in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. It perfectly blends Western architectural styles with local Tujia features. The complex consists of three parts: the Li Family Ancestral Hall, the Li Family Manor and Li Gaiwu’s Residence. It witnesses the rise and fall of a family and records the architectural culture of an ethnic group.
Qiyue Mountain
Stretching across the western sky like a towering city wall, Qiyue Mountain served as a major natural barrier and military stronghold between ancient Jingchu and Bashu regions. There used to be seven strategic passes on the mountain, winning it the nickname of Ten-thousand-li City Wall. It is also the largest alpine grassland in southern China.
Dragon Boat Water Town Scenic Area
The resort comprises two major scenic spots: Shuilian Cave and Sandu Gorge. You can drift downstream along the Qingjiang River, enjoying emerald water like silk and gorgeous scenery full of the vibe of spring. You may also sail upstream towards Sandu Gorge.
