The Prime Minister Cao's Mansion stands on the east side of Emperor Weiwu Square in downtown Xuchang. Covering an area of 18 mu, it is China's first themed scenic area fully showcasing the culture of the Cao Wei regime and a key tourism project of Xuchang City.
The complex consists of the Prime Minister Cao's Mansion, Emperor Weiwu Garden and surrounding tourist commercial streets. With a total investment of 230 million yuan, it occupies around 30,000 square meters in total, including a construction area of approximately 8,000 square meters.
Built in the style of ancient Han architecture, the mansion complex comprises the main gate, Talent-seeking Hall, Seven-step Pavilion and Council Hall. As an important part of Xuchang's Three Kingdoms cultural attractions, it has become a landmark of the former capital of Cao Wei.

- Free admission for children under 1.2 meters in height.

- From Xuchang Railway Station: Take a taxi for a direct ride to the mansion.
- From Zhengzhou: Drive along the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway to reach the scenic area directly.
- From Nanyang: Take the Xuchang-Pingdingshan-Nanyang Expressway for a direct trip.
- From Luohe: Travel via the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway to get there.
