Noble Consort Apricots
Grown on sandy land along the Yellow River in Lingbao City, noble consort apricots are round in shape. Both the peel and flesh are orange yellow with blushes on the sunlit side. The fine, firm flesh contains no fibrous strands and is full of juice, delivering a pleasant sweet-and-sour taste and intense fragrance.
They are perfect for fresh consumption, and can also be made into preserved fruits or canned fruit in syrup. The fruit kernels taste slightly sweet, which are edible and can also be used as herbal medicine.

As one of the major local products of Lingbao, Wen lotus roots get their name from the former Wenxiang County area.
Boasting excellent color, aroma and taste, they have fine, white flesh with very few tough filaments. Crisp, juicy, sweet and subtly fragrant, they offer a wonderfully refreshing flavor.
Lingbao Jujubes
Lingbao jujubes rank among the Three Treasures of Lingbao (jujubes, apples and gold) and have a cultivation history of over 400 years. They are mainly planted on sandy soil along the Yellow River in Lingbao, with round jujubes (also known as knotty jujubes) as the dominant variety.
The fruits are large and mostly short cylindrical. With deep red peel, they have thick flesh and small pits. The tender flesh is low in juice but sweet, soft and delicately fragrant with high sugar content, ideal for making dried jujubes and sour jujube preserves.

Their stalks are long and sturdy, generally over 26 centimeters long, with the longest reaching 40 centimeters. Apart from being a delicious condiment, Jueshan scallions are also used in herbal remedies and work more effectively than ordinary scallions.
