Known as "The No.1 Gorge Under Heaven", Baili Gorge is one of the core scenic zones within Yesanpo with the most national-level honorary titles. It consists of three valleys: Haitang Valley, Shixuan Gorge and Scorpion Ditch. Boasting rare erosion-structured barrier valley landforms, the gorge is lined with jagged exotic rock formations and towering sheer cliffs, forming a picturesque hundred-li landscape scroll. Pebble-paved paths wind through the valley, offering a delightful walking experience.
Dense vegetation covers the entire gorge. In summer, the temperature lingers only around 20 degrees Celsius, delivering cool, fresh air. It is an ideal summer retreat for leisure near Beijing.
