These three meat platters paired with staple foods are more than enough for a full meal. Among all side dishes, the steamed egg custard surprised me the most. There is a trough circling the barbecue grill. Staff pour beaten egg liquid into one-third of the trough with a kettle, and the silky soft egg custard is ready to eat shortly after.
