Qixing Bridge

Qixing Bridge spans the Sanglang River east of Sanglang Village and now serves as a bridge on the Ceheng-Sanjiang Highway. It was built in the third year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1823). Villagers raised funds and provided voluntary labour and hired craftsmen from other regions to build it. This seven-arch stone bridge is 62 metres long, 4 metres wide and 7 metres high, hence the name "Seven-Star Bridge".

Seen from afar, the bridge looks like a rainbow arching over the river. The bridge and its reflection form a magnificent view. An ancient poem praises it: Heaven ordained seven stars to shape this bridge, Hundreds of villagers built this rainbow ridge. What heaven left unfinished man did achieve, Its fame shall live with mountains and rivers for evermore.
