Two-Day Leisure Tour to the Twin Breast Peaks

Day 1 Depart from Guiyang by coach for the Twin Breast Peaks Scenic Area. En route, you will pass the Baling River Bridge (the bridge with the longest span in Asia), the Beipan River Bridge and the Huajiang Grand Canyon.

At noon, take a cruise to admire the Beipan River Gorge. It boasts the exquisite steepness of the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River as well as the grandeur of the Grand Canyon in Colorado, USA. Steep cliffs and grotesque peaks line both banks. The river twists and turns eastward and southward along the mountains, sometimes forming sharp S-shaped bends, creating a breathtakingly dangerous scene.

After dinner, enjoy the grand Buyi ethnic performance and take part in the bonfire carnival party.

Day 2 Ride the sightseeing shuttle bus to explore the Twin Breast Peaks Scenic Area. Visit the Buyi Square to experience original Buyi folk culture, including ancient papermaking, bark weaving and primitive pottery-making techniques.

Then go hiking in the Zhulinbao Stone Forest, the most spectacular single-pillar stone forest in Southwest China. Marvel at natural rock formations such as natural bonsai, King Yelang, Eagle Feeding its Young, Mother and Child Affection, Millennium Kiss and Bajie Patrolling the Mountains.

Afterwards, visit Zhenguan Temple, where a Guanyin statue covered with pure gold weighing 50 kilograms is enshrined. Stop at Peak View Pavilion to take full-view photos of the natural Twin Breast Peaks. Other attractions include the local jade exhibition hall, old photo gallery, Buyi stilt houses, Butterfly Paradise and Lovers' Village.

The tour ends at the foot of the Twin Breast Peaks, where you can taste the sweet water from the Holy Breast Spring.
