Immortal Bridge Scenic Spot lies in Qili Village, Luanshan Town, Taiyang Mountain Area of Jiubujiang Scenic Area in You County. It features typical karst landforms. The natural stone bridge was formed from a small remnant of the roof of an ancient underground limestone cave, after most of the cave ceiling collapsed due to crustal uplift.

The cave beneath the bridge stands over 60 meters high, while the bridge deck stretches roughly 20 meters long. It narrows at both ends and widens in the middle, with its narrowest point only around 50 centimeters and the thinnest section merely 2 meters thick. This naturally formed bridge is a masterpiece of divine craftsmanship.

Many recorded natural stone bridges across the world boast massive sizes, yet none are documented to have running water beneath them; most sit within dry, inactive "dead valleys". The gorge of Immortal Bridge is lofty, deep and precipitous. Beneath the bridge lies the seven-li winding gorge, a breathtakingly rugged landscape with an unceasing stream that alternately surges fiercely or trickles gently. Limestone, igneous rock and basalt formations scatter throughout the valley in varied shapes—some squatting, some recumbent, some jagged and ferocious.
