Themed Premium Tour Itineraries of Durbot

Depart from Taikang Town → Durbot History Museum (1 km) → Jihe Ethnic Horse Racing Ground (1 km) (along the tourist road) → Amuta Mongolian Custom Island (70 km) (along Linzhao Road) → Fuyu Zhengjie Temple (48 km) → Yili Dairy (20 km) → Delger Mongolian Tribe (22 km).

This is a two-day itinerary. Day 1: In the morning, visit Durbot History Museum to learn about the unique local ethnic history and culture. Then head to Jihe Ethnic Horse Racing Ground to watch horse races and join prize guessing games to test your luck. For lunch, you can either sample local snacks in the county town or enjoy authentic Mongolian cuisine at Hasar Mongolian Camp near the racetrack. In the afternoon, drive to Amuta Mongolian Custom Island, where you can worship the obo, visit the sacrificial palace, experience the Three Men’s Sports (horse riding, wrestling and archery), attend a bonfire party and stay in distinctive Mongolian yurts overnight. Day 2: Visit Fuyu Zhengjie Temple and Yili Dairy, then have dinner at Delger Mongolian Tribe before wrapping up the trip.

Depart from Taikang Town → Pass Lianhuan Lake along Qingxi Road, go through Haotiangele on the tourist road → Jiangwan Township (90 km) → Dokodor Mountain (15 km) → Hujitumo Town (15 km) → Bayanchagan Palace Village (15 km) → Damiao Village (8 km) → Talaha (15 km) → Shirengou Fishery (20 km).

This is a one-day itinerary. Drive along the Nenjiang River and admire picturesque pastoral scenery all the way. Pastoral homestays (Mongolian yurts) and fisherman inns (fisheries or fishing lodges) line the entire route, offering authentic local delicacies all day long for lunch or dinner.

Depart from Taikang Town → Dangnai Wetland (27 km) OR Keertai Lake Waterfront Fishing Village (18 km) → Lianhuan Lake Hot Spring (24 km) → Gushan Beizi Grassland (5 km) → Pine Forest Park (10 km) → Delger Grassland Mongolian Tribe (35 km).

This is a two-day itinerary. After breakfast, drive to Dangnai Wetland for bamboo raft cruising and bird watching, and taste Dangnai’s exclusive Four Black Delicacies for lunch. Alternatively, you may head to Keertai Lake Waterfront Fishing Village for bamboo raft sightseeing and a full fish feast. In the afternoon, take the tourist road to Lianhuan Lake to enjoy indoor and outdoor hot springs and stay overnight. The next day, travel along the tourist road to visit the poetic and picturesque Gushan Beizi Grassland and tens of thousands of mu of artificially planted Mongolian pine forests. Have authentic Mongolian lunch at Delger Mongolian Tribe to conclude the trip.

Depart from Taikang Town → Fuyu Zhengjie Temple (20 km) → Amuta Mongolian Custom Island (45 km).

This is a one-day itinerary. In the morning, burn incense and worship Buddha at Fuyu Zhengjie Temple, the largest Tibetan Buddhist sacred site in Northeast China, and listen to lamas recite scriptures. Enjoy vegetarian meals at the temple for lunch. If you wish, drive to Amuta Mongolian Custom Island, the sole Mongolian cultural tourist sacred site in Heilongjiang, in the afternoon. Worship the obo, pay homage to the sacred eternal flame of Hasar and make a wish. Tour the scenic area, stay in 4-star Mongolian yurts and taste featured local food, and finish the journey the next day.
