Huangtugang Qin and Han Dynasty Ancient Tombs

The tomb cluster is located on the highland northwest of Huangtugang Village, 16 kilometres northeast of the county seat. The cemetery rises 1.6 metres above the surrounding flat ground and is divided into northern and southern zones, covering an area of 66 mu.

In 1977, a brick-and-stone tomb dating from the Xinmang Period was discovered. Burial objects included pottery tripods, boxes, wine zuns, kitchen stoves, pottery chickens and ducks, as well as bronze weights and "Daquan Wushi" coins. In March 1982, another tomb of the Qin Dynasty was unearthed, yielding 40 pottery items, 3 bronze wares, 3 silver hoops, 12 jade rings, 30 small bronze bells used as horse ornaments, and square glass beads.

This site was designated a county-level cultural relic protection unit in 1984.
