National Rally Training Base

Longyou County has completed 10 race stages that meet the standards of the National Automobile Rally Championship, scattered across the hilly areas in the northern and southern parts of the county, including one super special stage venue. The total length of all race stages is around 137.77 kilometers, and the full competition route stretches approximately 343.62 kilometers.

In northern Longyou lies a double-loop intersecting super special stage with a length of 1.84 kilometers, alongside the race section running from Shiyuan Township to Lantang Township. The super special stage venue in Shiyuan Township is fully equipped with spectator stands, race tracks and supporting infrastructure. The Shiyuan-to-Lantang race section runs adjacent to the super special venue, measuring 16.63 kilometers long. The northern area features undulating terrain, lush vegetation and tranquil surroundings, and is only 5 kilometers away from the renowned Longyou Grottoes — a spectacular architectural wonder with peculiar structures shrouded in countless unsolved mysteries.

In the southern part, the Luojia-to-Xikou section is 14.41 kilometers long, while the Miaoxia-Wucun-Muchen section spans 19.20 kilometers. The mountainous southern Longyou boasts rolling mountain ranges and stunning landscapes blanketed by vast bamboo seas. The race track cuts through the Western Zhejiang Great Bamboo Sea Forest Park, hailed as the "Bamboo Repository of Western Zhejiang". Amid the boundless bamboo forests are dotted ancient village dwellings, towering old-growth trees and clear mountain streams. The gorgeous pastoral mountain scenery earns the area a reputation as a "blessed wonderland of flowers and fruits, an earthly paradise". Competitors can not only experience the thrills and adrenaline of rally racing, but also immerse themselves in the fresh, exotic, wild, ancient and serene charms of the natural surroundings.
