An antique-style tower named for its direct river view across to Emerald Light Cliff. It has six floors including one underground level, standing more than 30 meters tall with a total construction area of 1,285 square meters. Its interior is decorated with burl wood carved with elaborate dragon and phoenix patterns, and the roof is laid with matte black glazed tiles. Railings are crafted from snow-white granite. A bluestone relief of red-crowned cranes adorns the stone staircase entrance on the south side, while a nine-dragon wall relief made of snow-white granite decorates the stair landing. Furnishings inside fully embody the distinctive local culture of Longyou.
Rock Stack Garden
Centered on two river pebbles each weighing more than 20 tons, the garden is complemented by dry fountain installations, flower beds and landscape feature walls.
Secluded Quiet Valley
Dominated by aquatic ornamental plants, this area allows visitors to view and identify various water flora.
Sundial Platform
Holds a bronze sundial as its landmark installation.
