Shandong Zhisheng Hot Spring Resort
Located at the northern end of Chaoyang Road, Yinan County, Linyi City, Shandong Zhisheng Hot Spring Resort is invested and constructed by Shandong Chenshi Real Estate Co., Ltd., with its development divided into three phases.
Phase I was elaborately built in compliance with the standards of National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction and four-star hotel. Construction broke ground in July 2009, covering a land area of 388 mu with a construction area of 52,000 square meters and a total investment of 360 million yuan. It consists of five core functional zones: Guest Room Reception Center, Catering Center, Hot Spring Reception Center, International Conference Center and Resort Cultural Center.
- The Guest Room Reception Center houses nearly 200 high-end guest rooms and 24 VIP villas, capable of accommodating 500 overnight guests simultaneously.
- The Catering Center features two large multi-functional dining halls (each seating over 100 diners) and 16 private characteristic rooms, with a total dining capacity of 500 people.
- The International Conference Center boasts 11 conference venues of various sizes (large, medium and small) that can hold up to 1,500 attendees in total, hosting parallel conferences ranging from 30 to 500 participants.
- The Resort Cultural Center contains a 3D movie and performance hall with seating for 200 guests, plus 30 medium and large KTV private rooms for leisure.
- The Hot Spring Reception Center comprises an indoor hot spring hall, open-air hot spring pools, dynamic water amusement zone and exclusive SPA VIP area. It can serve 2,000 bathers at the same time, with a daily maximum reception capacity of more than 6,000 visitors.
Phase I scenic facilities were completed and put into trial operation in May 2010, and passed the standardized acceptance inspection for National AAAA-level Tourist Attractions in October of the same year. It has successively won numerous honors, including Brand Shandong · Most Worth Experiencing Hot Spring Brand, Star Tourist Attraction for Seniors in Shandong Province, and Gold Award for High-Quality Urban Construction Project of Linyi City.
With continuous improvement of supporting facilities and increasingly mature management mechanisms and operation models, the resort has earned unanimous praise from government leaders at all levels and all sectors of society thanks to its innovative design, rational layout, exquisite architecture, elegant style and distinctive features. It has successfully hosted major events such as the Linyi Sub-venue of the National Tourism Work Conference, the Working Conference of Shandong Senior Sports Association, the Launch Ceremony of the "Visit World Expo, Travel Linyi" Campaign and the Opening Ceremony of Zhisheng Hot Spring, as well as the Reading Session of the Theoretical Study Group of Linyi Municipal Party Committee. Cumulatively, it has received over 300,000 conference participants and tourists, greatly boosting its social visibility and public recognition.
Phase II covers a planned land area of 150 mu with a planned investment of 150 million yuan. Construction started in October 2011 and the project was scheduled to open to the public in May 2013. Centered on the culture of Zhuge Liang, the design concept embodies a wellness philosophy that integrates motion and tranquility, cultivates both morality and physique, pursues harmony between humanity and nature, and delivers a peaceful, leisurely atmosphere. It integrates leisure, wellness, sports and physiotherapy services, and mainly includes four thematic sections as follows:
I. Hot Spring Water Park
This project prioritizes the recycling of existing water resources. Based on the original terrain, artificial hills and slopes are constructed, and the Wetland Landscape of Wolong Lake from Phase I is leveraged to create a landscape embraced by mountains and waters. Attractions include volcanic hot springs, private mountain leisure hot spring houses, cave wellness soaking pools, cave mineral sand baths, mineral mud baths, crystal baths, leisure stone slab corridors, cave drifting sections, shallow river drifting zones, canyon rapids drifting sections, fairy river drifting sections, fruit and vegetable-themed drifting lanes, snowfall & ice rain experience areas, water gun and water cannon battle zones, secluded island soaking pools, leisure sandy beaches, ecological leisure islands, competitive swimming pools, interactive water houses, fountain squares and a standard indoor swimming pool.
II. Multi-functional Service Hall
It includes a general reception lobby, grand banquet hall, VIP private dining rooms and indoor landscape expansion areas.
III. VIP Club Hot Spring Zone
Covering ecological wetland landscapes, this zone consists of a VIP reception center, SPA wellness club, indoor hydrotherapy pools, fountain sculptures, Aishima Spring, Ubud Spring, Gam Spring, cascading infinity soaking pools, waterfront business hot spring courtyards, lake-island hot spring villas and Beauty Cove.
IV. Group Logistics Support Zone
Supporting facilities include the Yinan Campus of Linyi Vocational College, staff apartment buildings, residential quarters for employees’ families, the group’s comprehensive office building and staff canteen.
Phase III covers a planned land area of 500 mu with a proposed investment of 300 million yuan. Its design extends the cultural connotations of Zhuge Liang, with the core project being the Changhong Senior Citizens’ Home. At present, the development and construction plan for Phase III is still under planning and design.
