Visit Lu'an Prefecture City God Temple, the largest and best-preserved City God Temple in the region. At noon, taste famous local delicacies of Changzhi, including Shangdang donkey meat, Huguan mutton soup, Zhangzi fried pancake and Lucheng tossed pancake.
