Yongfeng Pagoda, also known as the Buddhist Pagoda, stands at the southeast corner of downtown Juye County. It is an octagonal brick pavilion-style pagoda with four equal sides and four arched gateways. Only five stories survive today, with a total height of 31 meters. The perimeter of the ground floor is 44 meters, while the upper floor perimeter measures 36 meters. The first floor features brick corbelled eaves. The eaves of all other floors are supported by two tiers of ornate brackets arranged in a staggered, solid and sturdy structure. Each floor has four arched doorways facing east, south, west and north respectively, alternating between open and blind openings; some serve as skylights, while others lead straight into the inner winding corridor. The height and diameter of each floor gradually shrink from bottom to top with well-proportioned tapering. Several stone steps were later built on the west side of the pagoda exterior, providing access to the interior. A central chamber is located on the ground floor, with seven stone steles carved with Buddhist figures embedded in its walls. The stele by the entrance is 40.5 cm tall and 100 cm wide, engraved with five Buddha statues in a single row, each statue standing 28 cm high.
