The Zheng Family Mansion, also known as Yujingfang, is located in Houfeng Village, Xibin Town, Youxi County. Construction lasted from the 57th year of the Qianlong reign to the first year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1792–1821).

Facing south with its back to the north, the main building is a three-section stone-and-timber structure with overhanging gable roofs. The complex comprises a main hall, an auxiliary wing, two side chambers and two flanking houses, containing a total of 108 rooms. It covers a land area of nearly 4,485 square metres with a construction area of 2,800 square metres. Enclosed by high walls, the whole compound forms a neat rectangular layout.

The mansion boasts exquisitely carved beams and painted rafters, with gracefully upturned eaves. It features a grand scale, well-organized layout, fine craftsmanship and complete functional zones. There are separate quarters for civil and martial activities, living quarters for female family members, leisure areas for guests, offices for finance and archives, as well as warehouses for daily supplies.

It is a distinctive traditional folk residence in central Fujian, blending architectural styles from southern Fujian, the Hakka regions and Jiangxi Province with unique local characteristics. In 2013, the Zheng Family Mansion was included in the seventh batch of Major Historical and Cultural Sites Protected at the National Level.
