Shiyan Scenic Spot is located in the northern part of Shazi Township, Rong’an County, 30 kilometers away from the county seat. It is listed as one of Liuzhou’s Top Ten Beautiful Villages.

The scenic area is covered with elegant green karst peak clusters. Layer upon layer of rolling hills rise in varied heights, forming endlessly changing landscapes. Villages half-hidden among green trees are interwoven with farmlands and ponds. Some houses are built beside water, with long winding brooks flowing around them. Willows sway gently along the riverbanks, and the charming scenery of "small bridges, flowing streams and cottages" can be seen everywhere. Fruits and melons fragrance the farm fields all year round.

Zoubing Cave is unfathomably deep, featuring stalactites and stalagmites of countless fantastic shapes. Local villagers of Shiyan are warm and welcoming, making this place an idyllic water town dreamed of by people tired of noisy urban life.
