Chatiao Village Folk Custom Park

Chatiao Village, where the township government of Shimen Town, Antu County is located, is 13 kilometers away from the county seat and consists of two natural hamlets. Boasting stunning mountains and rivers, lush woods and fertile soil, the village features simple and honest local customs. Situated alongside National Highway 302, it enjoys convenient transportation with an endless stream of passing vehicles.

Three ethnic groups, the Han, Korean and Manchu, live here in mixed communities. Ethnic Koreans account for 74 percent of the village’s total population, forming a typical Korean-inhabited settlement. Chatiao Village boasts a profound time-honored Korean ethnic culture, among which song and dance culture stands out, earning the village the reputation of "the nation of singers and dancers".
