In 2013, the Group invested 350 million RMB to build a host of leisure and entertainment facilities, including Northern Bali Island Water Park, Picking Garden, Hot Spring Pavilion, Ecological Park, Amusement Park and Ten-Thousand-Mu Flower Sea. In October 2014, it was officially awarded the title of National AAAA-level Tourist Attraction by the former National Tourism Administration.

The Northern Bali Island Water Park covers a land area of 30,000 square meters, among which the construction area takes up 20,000 square meters. The Hot Spring Pavilion spans over 7,000 square meters and houses more than 20 hot spring pools with unique features. Boasting beautiful surroundings and complete supporting facilities, the scenic area features a huge 6,000-square-meter indoor water park equipped with YORK central air-conditioning systems imported from the United States, which maintain a constant temperature comparable to summer in Sanya. All green plants and sandy beaches inside the venue are airlifted from Sanya to restore authentic exotic tropical scenery for visitors.

With a total investment of 32.08 million RMB and a floor area of 13,980 square meters, the Northern Bali Island Ecological Park is a luxurious, fashionable, leisure and business-oriented three-star hotel integrating catering, conferences, recreation, bathing and entertainment. Adhering to the philosophy of "Ecology, Humanity, Elegance and Civility", it blends distinctive Northeast regional charm with gentle Jiangnan grace, filling the gap of large-scale leisure venues in Lishu County. The Group also invested 10 million RMB to complete Xingwang Leisure Club, a four-story building with a usable area of 5,000 square meters capable of accommodating 200 overnight guests.

The picking garden holds more than 50 greenhouses with an indoor planting area of 60 mu, divided into a strawberry garden and a cherry orchard. Its outdoor planting zone covers 50 mu, growing fruits such as grapes, muskmelons, plums and crabapples, alongside vegetables including cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplants and kidney beans. Tourists can unwind while experiencing the authentic farming lifestyle of rural areas.

Covering 500,000 square meters, the Ten-Thousand-Mu Flower Sea grandly opened on July 1, 2016. Visitors can wander through seas of blossoms, pick seasonal fruits and vegetables, and experience Mongolian folk customs. Here, people can escape the hustle and bustle of cities to embrace tranquil pastoral scenery, relieving work pressure and achieving complete physical and mental relaxation.

Adopting YORK central air-conditioning systems from the U.S., the park maintains indoor temperatures identical to summer in Sanya. All green plants and sandy beaches are air-shipped from Sanya to guarantee genuine tropical ambience. Large-scale children’s aquatic zones are available, including a space capsule slide, rainbow composite slide and wave pool simulating seawater tides. A giant LED backdrop screen paired with a complete AiLang audio system creates a stylish, joyful oceanic atmosphere.

The indoor and outdoor hot spring zones feature 10 Japanese-style spring pools, one stone slab sauna house and one sand bath house. Its 5,000-square-meter restaurant contains two grand wedding halls, 21 private dining rooms and 4 KTV booths, seating up to 1,000 guests simultaneously. The landscape-themed ecological restaurant houses over 200 varieties of tropical plants, presenting a year-round spring-like paradise filled with birdsong and blossoms that perfectly unites nature, fine food and human leisure.

Developed by Xingwang Group with an investment of 250 million RMB and spanning 500,000 square meters, the Northern Bali Island Amusement Park opened grandly on July 1, 2016. Visitors stroll through flower seas, pick seasonal produce and experience Mongolian culture, finding peaceful rural tranquility away from urban chaos to relax body and soul.

At the height of summer, thousands of mu of lavender burst into full bloom, forming a breathtaking landscape crowded with sightseers. Viewing platforms scattered across the garden make it a paradise for photographers, who capture endless shots of the gorgeous multicolored flower fields stretching as far as the eye can see.

Covering a total area of 150 mu (150,000 square meters) with a total investment of 10 million RMB, the Northern Bali Island Picking Garden contains 18 greenhouses each covering 800 square meters: 8 for strawberries and 10 for cherries. Its 135,600-square-meter open land, constructed at a cost of over 400,000 RMB, grows grapes, muskmelons, watermelons, nectarines, kiwis, wild peaches and other fruits.

The Northern Bali Island Amusement Park also includes a Mongolian Folk Custom Park, equestrian club and outdoor expansion training grounds. Its Bali Island Outdoor Development Base integrates outward bound training, live CS field combat, corporate internal training and student quality education. Through scenario simulation training, it improves team collaboration, enhances staff competence and fosters team cohesion for enterprises.
