Water park is located on the south of Zhou Tang Memorial Hall, was founded in 1951, covers an area of 1.2555 million square meters, including 0.4979 million square meters of land area, 0.7576 million square meters of surface area, green area of 0.35 million square meters, nearly 200 varieties of flowers in the garden, thus it is the largest comprehensive park in Tianjin. The water park has been under the care of all levels of government for nearly 60 years.
