Recent years saw a good development momentum of tourism in Fujian, with the tourist products system being constantly improved and overall receiving capacity substantially increased. The high-speed railway in service in Fujian extends more than 1,500 kilometers long, taking up one-tenth of the national total mileage. And the expressway in service totals 5,000 kilometers long enabling every county(city, district) to have access to expressways within 15-minites’ drive. In Fujian, there are six airports. The Xiamen cruise home port is able to berth luxury cruises with tonnage of 170,000 tons, or 2 to 3 medium or small cruise ships. There are 373 star-rated hotels and 936 travel agencies. In August, 2016, Fujian took the lead in China by making a promise to tourists by providing “Easy Travel” tourism service, making the “Refreshing Fujian” even more famous.
