Industrial Tourism

Fujian takes the lead in China to offer a new way of tourism of factory tours, which includes Gulong Sauce Culture Park in Xiamen, Yongchun Mature Vinegar Museum, Baojiu (a local rice wine) Culture Expo Park in Nanping, and SEPTWOLVES Museum on Men’s Wear.

Village Tourism

Village tourism has become a new form of tourism with the biggest potential for growth in Fujian. The main attractions include Songkou Town in Yongtai County, Peitian Village in Liancheng County, and Weitou Village in Jinjiang City.

Study Tour

Taking advantage of its history, culture and geographical location, Fujian has been working to organize study tours for students from overseas and promote interactions between overseas and local students.

Red Tourism

Being an important part of the Central Soviet Base Area, Fujian now has designed a red tourism development framework encompassing the venue of Gutian Meeting and other red tourism sites in Longtan, Ningde, Sanming and Nanping. The main tourist attractions include the venue of Gutian Meeting and the starting place of the Long March in Zhongfu village, Changting.

Sports Tourism

The Xiamen International Marathon, initiated in 2003, has become a well-known international sports event. Riding activities such as cycling also become popular in Fujian.

Island Tourism

Fujian has numerous islands. Well known at home and abroad are Pingtan International Tourism Island, Gulang Islet, Meizhou Island, Langqi Island and Dongshan Island. Our focus now is on the development of the six uninhabited islands such as Pingtan Dasong islet, Huian Qingyu islet and Fuding Yushan islet.

Festival Tourism

This is characteristic of rich content and bright theme. The main festive activities include Strait Tourism Fair, The Maritime Silk Road (Fuzhou) International Tourism Festival, Mazu Culture Festival, Ningde World Geopark Culture Festival, Xiamen Mid-Autumn Tourism Carnival, Xiamen International Marathon, Wuyishan Tea Exposition and Pingtan International Sand Sculpture Festival.
