1. Kaiyang Local Snacks
The night food stalls in Kaiyang offer a great variety of dishes, including charcoal-grilled pork belly, fried Chinese chives, hand-torn tofu, and charcoal-roasted small river fish. All the food is rich and flavoursome.
Most stalls gather along Main Street, Yunkai Square, Zijiang Garden and the entrance of Qingxi Market. They stay open all night long.
