Guokui (Hard Pancake)
Also known as Guokui Mo or dry pancake, it is a traditional snack popular among urban and rural residents in Guanzhong, Shaanxi. Roujiamo (Chinese Meat Burger)

Hulutou (Pork Intestine Soup with Crumbled Bread)
A unique Xi'an specialty. Similar to lamb soup with crumbled bread, diners also break the bread into pieces, but the main ingredient here is pork intestines instead of lamb. It has rich, aromatic and savory soup. Note that this food is high in saturated fat and cholesterol.
Stone Baked Pancake
Golden and glossy in appearance, the pancake is concave in the center and raised around the rim, resembling an oval golden basin. It has distinct layers, crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a pleasant salty flavor. It can be stored for a long time. In rural Guanzhong, it is commonly presented as a gift, served to guests, or used as nutritious food for new mothers and patients.
