Located 500 meters northeast of Wanghai Sub-district, Yingkou Development Zone, and 10 kilometers from the development zone center, it is directly accessible via Coastal Road.

The coastal area is dotted with countless strange rocks piled along the shore, inspiring visitors’ rich imagination. Its most iconic turtle-shaped stones come in various forms: some cluster in groups, some appear as couples, and others stand alone by the sea with vivid, lifelike shapes. Certain rocks closely resemble turtles crawling out at dawn, hence the name "Turtle Rock Beach".

Nestled between mountains and the sea, the over one-kilometer coastal stone cliffs and peaks rise and fall in natural, intricate shapes carved by nature, forming a mysterious unique coastal landscape with high historical and scientific research value. The rock formations remain intact, basically retaining their original shapes and structures, with great ornamental and recreational value.
