Located beside Ying'e'bu Reservoir in Ying'e'bu Town, the manor is part of the Ying'e'bu Health Valley Tourist Resort. Zhenguo Group plans to invest 2 billion RMB to build this resort and an international health conference forum, attracting celebrities at home and abroad for tourism and recuperation. The resort integrates leisure, entertainment, sightseeing and health preservation. The first phase, with a total investment of over 300 million RMB, is now officially open to the public. It is rated as a AAA-level Rural Tourism Site of Jilin Province, a National 4A-level Tourist Attraction and a Safe Scenic Area of Jilin Province.

The resort is developed in three phases and consists of four zones: Central Resort Area, Ecological Planting Area, Entertainment & Fitness Area and Water Recreation Area.

Covering 50,000 square meters with a floor area of 30,000 square meters, the Central Resort Area of Phase One includes: (1) Resort Clubhouse, housing a medicinal catering center, medicinal bath center, healthcare center, senior wellness center and multi-functional conference halls; (2) Forest cabins for recuperation and leisure; (3) Exotic castle for sightseeing and catering; (4) Nurhaci Secret Camp; (5) Waterside restaurant; (6) Holiday villas.
