Built on the rooftop of Haiqi Square in Suining's central business district, this ancient-style complex covers a land area of 20 mu and a floor area of 8,000 square meters. Constructed entirely of solid wood, the project took two years to complete.

It has two floors. The first floor features a 1,500-square-meter children's entertainment area and a 1,300-square-meter snack street. The second floor is mainly occupied by teahouses.
