Perched on Red Hill, 4 kilometers north of Yulin’s urban area, Zhenbei Platform is one of the most magnificent and imposing structures among the Ming Great Wall ruins. It is hailed as one of the Three Great Wonders of the Chinese Great Wall (Shanhaiguan in the east, Zhenbei Platform in the middle, Jiayuguan in the west) and “the No.1 Platform on the Great Wall”.
Transportation
By bus: Take Bus No. 3 or 11 from Yulin’s ancient city to Zhenbei Platform stop, then follow the signs, turn right and walk about 15 minutes.
