Tongqinglou, founded in 1925, is a Chinese time-honored brand specializing in Anhui cuisine. During the period of the Republic of China, many celebrities tried the dishes of Tongqinglou. The specialty glossy braised pork in brown sauce, with a little sweetness, tastes very tender but not greasy. This is a must-try.
