The Memorial Hall of the Gutian Conference is located in Gutian Town, Shanghang County, Longyan City, Fujian Province. Founded in 1964, it is a thematic revolutionary memorial hall dedicated to documenting the history and far-reaching significance of the Gutian Conference.
Covering a land area of 86,000 square meters with a construction area of 11,000 square meters, the hall houses more than 11,000 cultural relics, including over 2,000 precious items, making it the revolutionary memorial hall with the largest collection of cultural relics in Fujian Province.
The exhibition building was completed in 1972 and contains 10 exhibition rooms. The exhibition gallery stretches 306 meters and displays over 400 cultural relics, divided into three thematic sections: first, the historical background of the Gutian Conference; second, the glorious Resolution of the Gutian Conference; third, the eternal radiance of the Gutian Conference.
As a county-level sub-department public institution under Longyan City, the memorial hall has an authorized staffing quota of 40 and more than 60 on-site staff. It consists of four functional departments: the Cultural Relics & Archives Section, the Exhibition & Publicity Section, the Security Section and the General Office.
It administers seven cultural heritage protection sites:
  1. The Site of the Gutian Conference
  2. Gengxin Hall, former site of the Front Committee of the Fourth Red Army and the Political Department of the Fourth Red Army of the CPC
  3. Zhongxing Hall, former headquarters of the Fourth Red Army
